We talk and listen to Social Housing and Assisted Living providers, as well as Local Authority Housing Officers to understand requirements, demands and geographical locations for homes.
Using our unique partnership approach we develop cost effective, efficient building solutions with an emphasis on Modern Methods of Construction and Sustainability. These are bespoke to each provider and flexible to suit all different site conditions and demographics being served.
